Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Educational Psychology and minimum one year in behavioral health or related healthcare field.
• Minimum two (2) years in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Minimum three (3) years in treatment planning.
• Minimum one (1) year of facilitation and development experience of clinical groups/programs.

• Delegates tasks, translates plans into actions, and ensures policy compliance.
• Ensures high quality member/patient care by mentoring teams and addressing care issues.
