Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Alaska licenses required at hire (CSW, LPC, LMFT or Psychologist).

• 3 years of management or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team in delivering patient care per recognized standards and care model.
• Develop clinical program and ensure safety and daily management of behavioral health units/operations.
• Exercise independent judgment with 24-hour accountability for clinical and operational issues.
• Support a culture of compassionate, ethical care and team empowerment.
