Job summary

Gateway-Community-Service-Board seeks a seasoned leader to manage the clinical operations of a comprehensive behavioral health program. You will oversee staff performance, program policy, budgeting and quality assurance to ensure compliant, high-quality services across sites.

The role requires hands-on supervision, effective communication and collaboration with HR and QA to address audits and standards. Travel between Gateway sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise, plan and evaluate work activities of staff.
• Knowledge of compliance, audit processes and quality improvement.
• Experience directing behavioral health services and programs.

Responsibilities

• Directs behavioral health services and program operations to ensure timely, customer-oriented and evidence-based care.
• Oversees budgeting, planning, goal setting and performance evaluation.
• Monitors compliance with accreditation, statutory and contract requirements; supports audits and corrective actions.
• Provides supervision, coaching and performance evaluations for staff; collaborates with HR on staffing and training.
• Represents the program in meetings, communicates changes in policies and procedures.
