Job summary

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is seeking a part-time skills practitioner to work on-site in the Pelican Rapids School District. You will deliver individual, family, and group skills to students meeting CTSS criteria, under supervision by clinical staff across Minnesota.

Qualifications include a Behavioral Health Baccalaureate or an Associate degree with 6,000 supervised hours, plus a valid driver's license and state clearances as required.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate required in a behavioral health science or related field from an accredited college or university with 2,000 hours of supervised clinical experience.
• Alternatively, an associate degree with 6,000 hours of supervised experience as per state requirements.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Criminal background clearance and licensure requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group skills to improve the quality of life for individuals and families.
• All behavioral health services delivered under the direction and ongoing review of a Clinical Supervisor.

Job Summary:

Provide individual, family, and group skills, to improve the quality of individual and family lives. All behavioral health services provided occur under the direction and ongoing review of a Clinical Supervisor.

This position is for a part-time skills practitioner in the Pelican Rapids School District. The position requires the individual to be on site in the Pelican Rapids Schools to provide individual, family, and group skills to individuals who meet criteria for CTSS in the state of Minnesota. You will be supported by a team of clinical trainees, mental health professionals, and clinical supervisors across the state of Minnesota.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Baccalaureate required in a behavioral health science or related field from an accredited college or university and 2000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of clinical services in the treatment of mental illness, behavioral disorders or children/youth with emotional disturbances and their families OR
• An associate degree with six thousand (6000) hours of supervised experience as per state requirements.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Statute 148-A Sexual Contact and Bureau of Criminal Affairs- Clearance required.
• In-service training and education as required to deliver services.
• When applicable, licensure must be active and in good standing with respective Licensing Board. Must adhere to licensure ethics and regulations. In-service training/education is required to maintain licensure.
