Job summary

Tandemhealthsc is seeking a Behavioral Health Provider (PMHNP, NP or PA) to deliver comprehensive psychiatric and behavioral health services to diverse patients in South Carolina. The role includes evaluations, diagnostic interpretation, medication management, and coordination with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualified candidates hold a PMHNP, FNP, or PA degree with behavioral health experience, SC licensure, and active DEA registration.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited PMHNP program.
• Master's degree from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant program with behavioral health experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults.
• Performs comprehensive psychiatric and behavioral health evaluations.
• Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests as appropriate.
• Assesses, diagnoses, and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribes, adjusts, and monitors medications.
• Provides medication management and follow-up.
• Collaborates with patients, families, and other professionals.
• Maintains clinical documentation in EMR and billing records.
• Participates in quality improvement and CPI activities.
