Independence Blue Cross is seeking a Behavioral Health Performance Manager to drive operational performance across BH service, product, billing, vendor and network functions. You will own escalation oversight, coordinate cross‑functional resolution, and ensure timely, compliant issue closure, linking BH leadership with enterprise partners.

You will oversee provider data quality, credentialing, credentialing, and network stabilization; manage AR escalations; support client setup and configuration

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 5 years of healthcare/behavioral health operations experience.
• Experience managing escalations and cross-functional issue resolution.
• Experience with provider data management, credentialing, and network operations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead change management for behavioral health service, product, billing, and vendor changes.
• Oversee provider data management and credentialing activities.
• Coordinate regulatory issue resolutions with PID/DOBI/DOL awareness.
• Manage AR escalations and cross‑departmental investigations.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, state regulations, and provider/director data quality.
