This entry-level role delivers direct patient care, assists with clinical tasks, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to ensure a safe, compassionate care experience in a fast-paced setting.

The role undertakes ADLs, safety monitoring, crisis de-escalation using CPI techniques, and ongoing documentation in the electronic medical record.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• CNA or EMT certification encouraged.
• Current BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and mobility.
• Provide observation and support to patients in crisis.
• Support CPI de-escalation techniques and therapeutic engagement.
• Document care activities accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with nurses, providers, social workers, and security.
• Participate in rapid response and unit safety protocols.
