Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Tech for the Behavioral Health unit on the Day shift. You will provide compassionate, lifecycle-spanning patient care under licensed supervision, following hospital policies and procedures to ensure safety and comfort.

Experience is not required; 1 year of patient care is preferred. BCLS is required on hire; CNA or PCT certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma preferred.
• No experience required; 1 year patient care experience preferred.
• BCLS - Basic Life Support required upon hire.
• CNA certification preferred; patient care technician program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides care to patients from birth through the lifecycle under supervision of licensed staff, using treatments, procedures and equipment per hospital policy.
