Accounting Search is seeking a Nursing Director of Behavioral Health in Aiken, SC to lead daily operations, drive strategic initiatives, and mentor nursing staff within a dynamic behavioral health department.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in behavioral health leadership, an RN license in South Carolina, and a master’s degree in nursing or related field preferred. This on-site role focuses on quality improvement and collaborative care.
