Job summary
FHE Health is seeking a Florida-licensed Registered Nurse for the night shift in Boca Raton, FL. You will administer medications, monitor patients, document histories and symptoms, and contribute to pain management during detoxification under medical direction.
We require an ADN or higher, FL RN license, and experience in behavioral health; CPR and CPI training are valued. Benefits include comprehensive health plans, PTO, 401(k), and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in behavioral health or substance use settings required.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with an Associate Degree.
- Current Florida RN license.
- IV and phlebotomy proficiency preferred.
- Knowledge of drug classifications and medication protocols.
- KIPU knowledge preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
- Proof of CPI training or willingness to obtain.
Responsibilities
- Execute prescribed treatments and medical interventions per procedures by the Medical Director and Director of Nursing.
- Perform vigilant patient observation.
- Document patients' medical histories and current symptoms.
- Provide pain management during the initial detoxification process.

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a Florida Licensed Registered Nurse who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals battling behavioral health and Substance Use Disorder challenges.
What You'll Do
- Execute prescribed treatments and medical interventions, including transcribing and administering routine and prescribed medications in accordance with procedures established by the Medical Director and Director of Nursing
- Perform vigilant observation
- Complete documentation of patients’ medical histories and current symptoms
- Specialize in the provision of pain management treatment through the initial process of detoxification
What You Need
- Experience working in behavioral health, addition and/ or substance abuse setting required
- Graduate from accredited School of Nursing with a minimum of Associate Degree
- Current Florida State License as Registered Nurse
- IV & Phlebotomy proficient preferred
- Knowledge of drug classifications and respective medication protocol
- KIPU knowledge preferred
- Current CPR Certification
- Proof of Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Training or obtaining
