Job summary

Integrity Alliance Solutions is seeking a Nursing Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day nursing operations of an inpatient behavioral health unit. You will ensure safe patient care, regulatory compliance, staff performance, and quality outcomes.

The role involves leading a team of behavioral health nurses, managing daily assignments, monitoring care quality, and coordinating resources. You will also assist with hiring, onboarding, and retention, and participate in accreditation

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license (unencumbered) or multi-state RN compact license.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training.
• Associate Degree required or equivalent qualification.
