Position Summary:
The Behavioral Health Nurse Manager is responsible for the clinical, operational, and administrative oversight of nursing services within the Behavioral Health Department across five outpatient locations. The Nurse Manager leads a team of three registered nurses and five medical assistants while ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care for both adult and pediatric populations.
The Behavioral Health Nurse Manager oversees nursing operations supporting outpatient psychiatry/BH services, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Spravato (esketamine) treatment services. The position ensures compliance with federal, state, HRSA, DEA, REMS and organizational standards while promoting continuous quality improvement and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications
Education and licensure
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN or LPN)
Experience
Minimum five years of progressive nursing experience
Preferred three years of leadership or supervisory experience
Experience in behavioral health or psychiatric nursing.
