Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 8+ years in network strategy, provider relations, or behavioral health management in managed care.
• Ability to develop strategic partnerships and engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and implementing strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor BH network access and performance across MA and Medicaid lines, including SUD, ASD, and Dementia.
• Develop and manage provider scorecards and tiering to measure quality and performance.
• Collaborate with MA/MCD network teams and leadership for continuous improvement.
• Lead Pay-for-Performance projects to enhance provider engagement and member outcomes.
• Manage Joint Operating Committees and strategic partnerships with large provider groups.
