Molina Healthcare is seeking an experienced physician leader to provide medical oversight for behavioral health and chemical dependency services across markets. You will help implement integrated care programs, standardize utilization management policies, and drive quality and cost-effective member care.

Responsibilities include leading clinical reviews, supporting education, and ensuring compliance with NCQA and CMS standards while collaborating across a highly matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active license in practicing state.
• Board certification in Psychiatry (Child & Adolescent).
• Strong knowledge of applicable laws/regulations affecting medical staff.

Responsabilités

• Provide behavioral health oversight and leadership for utilization management and care management programs.
• Participate in regional medical necessity reviews and cross coverage.
• Standardize behavioral health utilization management, quality and financial goals across lines of business.
