Job summary

EMPACT-SPC is looking for a Medical Director to supervise and provide clinical oversight at our Tempe location. The Director will manage outpatient clinical programs, oversee treatment procedures, and ensure quality care for clients. This position requires a valid Arizona license and a minimum of five years' experience in psychiatric settings.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of five years of experience as a Psychiatrist.
• Experience in psychiatric emergency service, clinic, or mental health center is required.
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm in crisis situations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the outpatient clinical programs.
• Ensure the quality of clinical care and documentation.
• Provide community outreach to develop relationships with stakeholders.
