Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare, based in Massachusetts, seeks a Marketing Representative to develop and maintain direct referral relationships across designated markets. You will support the marketing department with client relations and community outreach, expanding referral sources.

The role requires a high school diploma with 1 year of related experience; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Expect travel within Suffolk, Norfolk, Bristol, or Plymouth counties and a salary range of $50,000–$70,000.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of related experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health or Business/Marketing preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in D&A and/or Mental Health field preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in Counselor, Assessor or Community Relations in direct client care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain direct referral relationships in designated market(s).
• Provide clientele, marketing and customer service activities within the marketing department.
• Maintain existing referral sources and expand referral base.
• Input into the overall company marketing plan and prepare reports.
