Job summary

- Licensed Practical Nursing license is required for the state.
- 1 year nursing experience minimum; 2+ years preferred in behavioral health settings.
Responsibilities
- Administers/dispenses medications and injections per nursing practice.
- Conducts assessments and monitors vitals for dose changes; participates in care planning.
- Schedules appointments; documents no-shows and communicates with the team.
- Maintains medication inventory and ensures regulatory compliance (HIPAA).
