Qualifications

• Ability to review and implement Recovery/Treatment plans.
• Ability to administer oral and injectable medications.
• Ability to support medical and psycho-social care of members served.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains a therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Provides nursing care and assists in admission and discharge processes.
• Collects data relevant to client care and develops nursing care plans.
• Transcribes physician orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Administers medication management policies and procedures.
• Documents progress toward recovery plan goals.
• Attends and participates in company meetings.
