Job summary

Saint Clare's Health, part of Prime Healthcare, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for per diem night shifts to join our award-winning team.

You will provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, requiring compassion and clear communication with patients and families. Current LPN license and BLS certification are required; IV certification within 90 days of hire is expected.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum one year experience in an applicable setting preferred.
• IV certification within 90 days of hire and maintained current.

Responsibilities

• The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring technical and manual skills, within the scope of practice, that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care, and meets the communication needs of the patient and family; Performs under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
