Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate on hire and kept current.
• Minimum one year experience in an applicable setting preferred.
• IV certification within 90 days of hire and maintained current.

Responsibilities

• The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct and indirect patient care within the scope of practice.
• Performs under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
