Job summary

BrightView Health in Georgetown, KY seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join its Behavioral Health team. You will provide nursing care, administer medications, monitor patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary staff to support recovery.

You will conduct assessments, document in EMR, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and treatment policies. A compassionate, detail-oriented team player with at least 1 year of relevant nursing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in drug/alcohol or psychiatric settings.
• Valid State Licensed Practical Nursing License.
• Eligible for State Medication Administration Certification (if not already held).
• ADN/BSN/LPN credentials as listed above.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and injections per nursing guidelines.
• Performs assessments and monitors vital signs for dose changes.
• Care coordination with multidisciplinary team and document in EMR.
• Maintains medication inventory and ensures HIPAA compliance.
