Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and taking vital signs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
• Coordinate with psychiatrists, therapists and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain up-to-date patient records including medications and treatment plans.
• Provide emotional support and patient education.
