Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- LPN licensure.
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care using the nursing process under RN supervision and prioritize, deliver, evaluate and communicate with Providers/Leaders to support patient care.
