Mercy in Oklahoma seeks a licensed practical nurse to provide patient care using the nursing process under supervision, coordinating with other departments and ensuring patient rights and confidentiality. The role adheres to Mercy Service Standards and supports organizational values.

Ideal candidates will hold an accredited LPN program credential, maintain current state licensure, and have BLS; unit-specific certifications like ACLS/PALS may be preferred or required within a defined timeframe.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or comparable education and licensure.
• Current LPN license in the hiring state and compliant with State Board requirements.
• Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association) or successful completion within 30 days of hire.
• Note: ACLS, PALS, PEARS, STABLE modules may be required depending on unit.
• IV Certification preferred within 1 year of hire.
