Job summary

Centene Corporation in Missouri seeks a supervisor to oversee interventions that improve behavioral health HEDIS and Pay for Performance measures, partnering with health plans and clinical leadership to identify and implement strategies that raise HEDIS rates.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field with 3+ years in case or utilization management in behavioral health, and licensure in LCSW/LMFT/LPC/PhD/PsyD or RN preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field; 3+ years in case or utilization management in behavioral/physical health care.
Knowledge of key behavioral or physical health HEDIS & performance measures; experience implementing new interventions.
Supervisory or lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement interventions to improve behavioral health HEDIS metrics and P4P measures.
Partner with health plans and clinical leadership to close care gaps and address trends.
Present financial impact and ROI for funded initiatives.
Act as liaison with quality improvement and medical management departments to influence outcomes.
Monitor effectiveness of initiatives and provide education and interventions for members.
Comply with all policies and standards.
