River Edge Behavioral Health in Macon, GA is seeking a General Clerk to join The Recovery Center. You will greet visitors, check in clients for appointments, and provide clerical support in a high-volume outpatient setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle and protect confidential information.
• Ability to lift 16–20 pounds as needed.
• Customer service experience or experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the front desk receptionist, greeting visitors and clients with excellent customer service.
• Check in clients for provider appointments and assist new clients with enrolling in services in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Provide clerical support to office and direct support staff, including data entry and maintenance, copying and distributing documents/materials, maintaining records, and filing systems.
• Provide clerical support within the assigned functional area, including scheduling maintenance, ordering supplies, and alerting security as needed.
