RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Behavioral Rock Star/Direct Support Professional for its PAHrtners Deaf Services site in Glenside, PA. The DSP will support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental health challenges in home and community settings, promoting wellness, independence, and inclusive social activities.

Responsibilities include assisting with service needs, transportation, documentation, and acting as an advocate.

Qualificações

• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Pre-employment screening including background checks and drug testing may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist individuals in identifying and communicating needs for services and support.
• Promote wellness and educate on healthy lifestyle practices.
• Support independent living skills and daily activities.
• Provide transportation to appointments and community activities.
• Administer medications where permitted by state regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and document services accurately for team communication.
