Gundersen Health System is seeking a licensed masters level therapist or psychologist to join the Integrated Care Team as a Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) in one of our regional Primary Care or Specialty Care Clinics in Wisconsin.

The BHC collaborates with the medical care team to address the behavioral health and biopsychosocial wellbeing of patients, assesses and diagnoses mental health concerns, and provides evidence-based interventions within an integrated care model.

Formación

• Licensed psychologist or master's level with licensure (LCSW/LICSW/MSW/LPC).
• Flexible, self-motivated, team-oriented, energetic with strong interpersonal skills.
• Eligible to obtain multi-state licensure with no restrictions.

We are growing! Emplify Health (by Gundersen) is seeking a licensed masters level therapist or psychologist to join our exceptional and supportive Integrated Care Team as a Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) in one of our regional Primary Care Clinics (Prairie du Chien WI or Sparta WI), or Specialty Care Clinics (OBGYN La Crosse or Onalaska).

Gundersen's BHCs collaborate with the medical care team to recognize and treat the behavioral health and biopsychosocial wellbeing of Gundersen patients. BHCs assess and diagnose mental health concerns; provide evidence-based interventions; consult with medical staff to develop integrated treatment; and team with patients to build a model of care that meets their needs. BHCs develop lasting relationships with patients, mirroring the type of care they receive in their medical home. Successful BHC candidates will be experienced in evidence-based mental health interventions, thrive in a dynamic daily environment, and enjoy collaborating with patients, medical staff, and Integrated Care team members.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychologist or Master's degree and licensure (LCSW, LICSW, MSW, LPC)
• Flexible, self-motivated, team-oriented, energetic, and excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Completion of accredited program to be eligible to obtain licensing to practice in our multistate region with no restrictions or limitations.
• Preferred but not required: Experience working in an Integrated Primary Care or medical setting

Must have completed an accredited program and be eligible to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations. Advanced practice clinicians work under the direct supervision of a physician. Clinician staff may need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system. Teaching students, residents, fellows or clinical staff is cornerstone to our Medical Education philosophy and an expectation of all clinicians.
