Job summary

Responsibilities

• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and assist in developing individualized treatment plans with final LMHP review.
• Debrief patients and staff after safety events or Code Atlas incidents and communicate major incidents to the treatment team.
• Provide individual and group support within residential, outpatient, and inpatient settings.
• Serve as a preceptor to student interns and staff as needed.
