Job summary

Highmark Health in Pittsburgh offers a role focused on the evaluation and treatment of acute psychiatric patients. You will provide individual, group and family therapy, and perform comprehensive assessments as part of a collaborative care team.

The position requires a Master’s degree and licensure as an LCSW/LPC/LMFT or equivalent, with preferred OAPSA clearance. You will handle regulatory documentation, participate in department meetings, and contribute to a high-quality behavioral health

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or other Behavioral Specialist license.
• Preferred Older Adults Protective Services Act (OAPSA) clearance.
• Prior counseling experience in a behavioral health setting.

• Completes all documentation according to regulatory requirements (e.g. treatment plans, progress notes). (10%)
• Attends all required departmental/hospital meetings. (10%)
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Master's degree in a relevant field
