Job summary

PacMed Clinics seeks a compassionate Behavioral Health Clinician (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) to join a brand-new Woodinville clinic. This role is integrated with primary care and focuses on outpatient individual therapy, shaping patient experience and care culture.

The position is full-time (0.8-1.0 FTE) with a Monday–Friday schedule, no on-call duties, and a compensation range of $96,900 to $144,064 per year. CME benefits may be available.

Qualifications

• When licensed in WA (LICSW, LMHC or LMFT), eligible to practice in outpatient behavioral health.

PacMed Clinics is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Behavioral Health Clinician (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) to join our team at our brand-new clinic in Woodinville, WA. This is a unique opportunity to become a foundational member of a growing integrated behavioral health program and help shape the culture, collaboration, and patient experience in a newly established clinic.

Clinicians are integrated as a part of the medical team supporting patients through outpatient individual therapy and evidence-based treatment modalities. This is an opportunity to join a highly compassionate and dedicated team working to improve the health and wellbeing of patients from across the Pacific Northwest.

• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
