Community Health Network is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to provide psychiatric clinical intervention services for patients and families in a collaborative team setting. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient-centered care reflecting the mission and values of Behavioral Health and Community Health Network.
• Participates in admission, screening, data collection and discharge for patients/families.
• Provides therapeutic interventions based on a multi-disciplinary treatment plan, including milieu monitoring, individual therapy, psycho-educational groups, supportive counseling, and patient/family teaching.
• Ensures safety and de-escalation of volatile situations to maintain a safe treatment milieu.
• Collaborates with team to support patients and families throughout treatment.
