Job summary

Gables Search Group is seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician to join our client’s clinical team in Connecticut. The role provides a full range of behavioral health services, including assessment, treatment planning, individual therapy, and group therapy.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary clinical team while delivering high-quality behavioral health services in a professional healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or a related behavioral health discipline.
• 1–5 years of experience.
• Connecticut independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of behavioral health diagnosis, assessment, and treatment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a clinical environment.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy.
• Conduct behavioral health intakes and complete clinical assessments.
• Maintain an active caseload while meeting productivity standards.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Make appropriate referrals and coordinate care with other providers.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other care team members.

• Apply clinical knowledge to individual, group, and family systems.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
