ADC Management Services is seeking an experienced Licensed Behavioral Health Specialist to support a federal behavioral health program in Chula Vista, California, onsite. This full-time role focuses on delivering behavioral health services to children and adolescents, including assessments, short-term interventions, crisis support, and trauma-informed care, within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

• Active, unrestricted clinical license in any U.S. state or territory (LCSW/LMFT/ LPC/LCPC/LMHC/Psychologist or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
• Experience with children, adolescents, families, and/or vulnerable populations.
• Experience with trauma, crisis intervention, behavioral health, or related clinical services.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and fast-paced environment.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Ability to work onsite in Chula Vista, California.

Responsabilidades

• Provide behavioral health support to children and adolescents.

• Provide crisis intervention and behavioral health support in response to individual needs.
• Apply trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches when working with children, adolescents, and vulnerable populations.
• Support individuals experiencing stress, trauma, adjustment challenges, and other behavioral health concerns.
• Collaborate with program leadership and multidisciplinary partners to support continuity and quality of services.
• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
• Maintain required documentation in accordance with program requirements.
• Participate in program activities, meetings, and coordination efforts as required.
• Support additional behavioral health and program needs as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Active, unrestricted, independent clinical license in any U.S. state or territory, including LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, Psychologist, or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
• Demonstrated experience working with children, adolescents, families, and/or vulnerable populations
• Experience with trauma, crisis intervention, behavioral health, or related clinical services
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and fast-paced environment
• U.S. Citizenship
• Ability to work onsite in Chula Vista, California
