Responsibilities

• Review treatment plans as a Case Manager for medical necessity and effectiveness.
• Handle about 10 calls per day with an average case load of 30.
• Monitor and review specialized requests and treatment records.
• Provide information on covered benefits and community resources.
• Gather clinical information for service authorization.
