Job summary

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Behavioral Health Case Manager to join a full-time team providing therapeutic behavioral services and comprehensive care planning. You will coordinate treatment plans, facilitate linkages and crisis prevention, and deliver services to individuals or groups as part of a collaborative, client-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or a high school diploma with 3+ years relevant experience.
• Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned service area.
