ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions in Ohio is hiring for a full-time role, Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm, with pay from $18 to $21 per hour depending on education and experience. The position provides Therapeutic Behavioral Services and client support within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services by consulting with a licensed clinician.
• Develop service plans for individualized supports and treatment plans.
• Provide linkage, interventions, and crisis prevention services.
• Deliver services to individual clients or groups and maintain professional relationships.

Our clients are supported by a team of mental health counselors, social workers, certified nurse practitioners, case managers and psychiatrists to ensure the best outcomes for those we serve.

Responsibilities may include:

• Provide Therapeutic Behavioral Services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with the individual's needs.


• Provide service planning for individualized supports or care coordinator of healthcare, behavioral health, non-healthcare services and development of a treatment plan.


• Provide linkage, interventions, treatment options, restoration of daily life skills and crisis prevention services.


• Provide services to individual clients or groups of clients.


• Promote a positive and cooperative relationship with all outside contacts.

Requirements for this position include:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.


• High school diploma plus three or more years of relevant field experience or Bachelor's or Master's level degree in a related field.


• Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions.


• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
