Beacon Behavioral Partners at The Maples seeks an entry‑level care support professional to assist with patient care tasks and maintain a therapeutic environment. You will work under nursing direction, observe patients, and document findings per policy, while collaborating with clinicians and therapists to support care plans.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, BLS and non-violent crisis intervention certifications, and at least 18 years of age, with one year of behavioral health

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• One year experience in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.
• One year experience in a clinical setting required.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Certification in non-violent crisis intervention.

Responsabilités

• Support and implement the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of The Maples.
• Demonstrates teamwork by carrying out routine and assigned tasks within the Maples program.
• Assists clinician with patient care tasks and therapist with therapeutic interventions.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, therapeutic milieu by monitoring and enforcing policies.
• Observe patients per orders and report significant behavior or activity to the shift nurse.
• Conduct safety rounds per policy and document findings.
• Assist in managing patients with escalating behavior per hospital training and policy.
• Document client activities, vital signs, and incidents as directed by nursing staff.
