Job summary

Cove Prep is seeking a Full Time Behavioral Health Associate to provide direct care and supervision of residents, ensuring a safe, supportive environment and accurate documentation in patient records.

Key duties include safety checks at 15‑minute intervals, facilitating education and rehabilitative groups, assisting with activities of daily living, and coordinating transport as needed. CPR and de‑escalation/restraint certification are required or offered on hire.

Qualifications

• Direct care and supervision of residents in a behavioral health setting.
• Maintain safety and therapeutic environment through structured activities.
• Document clinical information accurately in patient records.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate urgency for patient safety and provide excellent service.
• Ensure patient well-being and a positive, supportive environment.
• Conduct safety checks every 15 minutes and follow individualized guidelines.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Facilitate patient educational and rehabilitative groups.
