Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in patient care or behavioral health settings preferred.
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work Tuesday–Saturday early shift (5:45am–2:15pm).

Responsabilités

• Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 5:45am - 2:15pm.
• Monitor patients' behavior and location; document routine notes.
• Respond to emergencies per site procedures.
• Assist with outings and transportation; model community-oriented behavior.
• Perform security searches and safety checks of the facility.
• Administer and document medication activities in the EMR.
• Collect urine samples following protocol; ensure chain of custody.
• Complete shift change and communicate any notable events to the next shift.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA and 42-CFR.
• Answer phones, file, and assist visitors as needed.
• Assist with new resident check-in and orientation.
• Monitor treatment environment to maintain safety and a therapeutic community.
