Qualifications

• Previous experience in psychiatric health care preferred.
• Valid driver's license and favorable Motor Vehicle Report required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient safety and conduct regular checks.
• Assist with vital signs, documentation, and patient education.
• Accompany patients to off-unit activities and appointments.
