Job summary

Vantage Point Behavioral Health Hospital in Fayetteville, AR is hiring Full‑Time & PRN staff for 12‑hour shifts. A $1,000 sign‑on bonus is offered to eligible applicants.

The 114‑bed facility provides care to children, adolescents, adults and seniors in a Joint Commission‑accredited setting with a supportive team and opportunities for career growth. Roles emphasize safety, documentation and compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months or more experience working with the behavioral health population preferred.
• CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available upon hire).
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a sense of urgency related to patient safety and provide excellent customer services.
• Document timely, accurate and appropriate clinical information in patient's medical record.
• Interact routinely with patients, observe behaviors and communicate significant observations to nursing staff.
• May oversee or assist patients with activities of daily living and meals.
• May provide transportation for patient or coordinate transportation with appropriate staff member.
