Acadia Healthcare in Massachusetts is seeking a per diem Behavioral Health Associate to provide direct patient care in a structured, team-focused setting. You will help keep patients safe and support recovery with hands-on care and compassionate, professional conduct.

The role offers base pay $17-$20.25 per hour with shift differentials for evenings, weekends, and overnights, and includes benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, earned wage access, and paid time

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience with a similar patient population preferred.
• CPR certification and de-escalation and restraint training required. Training provided on hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Pay Range:Base pay rate: $17-$20.25 per hour

Shift differentials are available for the following shifts, and will add the below hourly amounts to your base rate of pay:

Weekend: $1.25/hourWeekday Evening: $1.25/hourWeekend Evening: $2.50/hour

Overnight: $4/hour
