Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health required.
• 1+ year of related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Observe patients and document behavior in real time.
• De-escalate escalating situations and report observations to the RN or clinician.
• Orient patients and families to the unit.
• Assist with daily group activities.
• Perform environmental rounds and report unsafe conditions.
