The role emphasizes empathetic patient interaction, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with experienced clinical and nursing staff to deliver consistent, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required; training provided upon hire.
• De-escalation and restraint training is required; training provided upon hire.
• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
