Job summary

Acadia Healthcare in Pontotoc, Mississippi is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate to join our care team. You will provide direct patient care under clinical or nursing leadership, helping keep patients safe and supported on a structured, therapeutic unit.

You will demonstrate empathy and professionalism, address concerns promptly, and participate in maintaining a safe environment while building long-term skills through ongoing training and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience with a similar patient population.
• CPR and de escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire.
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
