Acadia Healthcare in Allenwood, PA is seeking a Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) to join our team. You will provide hands-on care and compassionate support to patients on their journey from addiction to recovery in a structured, team-focused environment.

This role offers an evening shift differential of $2/hour (Mon–Thu) and $3/hour (Fri–Sun), with consistent hours, opportunities for growth, and a commitment to patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience working with a similar patient population preferred
• CPR and de escalation and restraint certification required. Training provided upon hire
• First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership
• Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional approach with patients and team members
• Address patient concerns promptly and respectfully to support satisfaction and safety
