Job summary

Burkwood Treatment Center seeks a Behavioral Health Associate to help keep patients safe and support recovery in a structured, team-based setting.

You will provide hands-on care under clinical leadership, maintain a therapeutic environment, and collaborate with nursing and clinical staff. A High School Diploma and CPR/de-escalation certification are required, with training provided.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required/essential
  • Six months of experience with a similar patient population preferred
  • CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required; training provided upon hire
  • First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements
