NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals is looking for Behavioral Associates at our NeuroPsychiatric Hospital of Indianapolis location. NPH is the national leader in providing medical and neurobehavioral care to patients in acute psychiatric distress. You will be joining a team of rock star staff who provide exceptional, patient-centered care and understand our patients are always our number one priority! The Behavioral Associate will work with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide direct behavioral care to patients with a variety of psychiatric conditions.
We have day, evening and night shift available!
High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's degree or some college coursework in psychology, social work, or social services field preferred.
Prior experience in a behavioral health setting preferred. At least 2 years of experience in a direct care role strongly preferred.
