Penn Highlands Healthcare is seeking a Behavioral Health Assistant to support patient care under nursing supervision. You will de-escalate crisis situations, maintain a calm milieu, provide redirection, and lead group activities with patients.

Requirements include a high school diploma and CPR plus Comprehensive Crisis Management certification within six months. Prior behavioral health experience or enrollment in an associate or bachelor's program is preferred; a supportive team and ongoing

Qualifications
